From the first days of D.Makerlab, the highest priority has always been on facility users’ health & safety and health & safety in a facility that has a certain amount of subdivisions to be considered carefully. One of those is the training material. You will find a certain amount of manual and document that has been prepared which are free for use by anyone who is willing to apply a similar approach to health & safety.

This document is a double-sided flyer which is prepared for the faculty freshmen. It’s an information document which contains a summary of the facility sections, basic regulations and rules, the safety language and on the back, main processes and some of the machinery of the facilities.
2. AFTER-HOURS FACILITY USE APP FORM 
This is the form that needs to filled by whom that wants to use the facility after hours. It is prepared in Turkish in order minimize all possible misunderstandings between security personnel and facility users.
3. EQUIPMENT LOAN APPLICATION FORM
This form is essential in order to borrow an equipment from the facilities to work with outside the facilities.
4. REPORTING SAFETY VIOLATIONS, NEAR-MISSES &
INVESTIGATING ACCIDENTS
Where a model making user has experienced a near miss—where an accident nearly happened; or, where a significant potential danger has been detected, this report needs to be filled as it may help prevent accidents from happening.
5. ACCIDENTS INVESTIGATION FORM
When a maker has an accident—which caused an injury or damage to property, this form needs to be filled to keep the record of incidents, injury or damage to property.
